BUYING A HOME

RECEIVE CLOSING-COST ASSITANCE

Depending on the purchase amount of your new home, you could receive thousands of dollars paid directly to you when the deal is done.  Use it to help pay your closing costs, your moving expenses, or purchase new appliances....it's up to you.

BUT OUR SERVICE GOES MUCH DEEPER

Our agents handle hundreds of transactions each year and have the experience to overcome any challenges along the way.  From the home search and purchase offer, through all the negotiations, inspections, and the escrow phase, your LIST for LESS agent will be there every step of the way, looking out for your best interest and making sure you get the best deal possible.

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

PREAPPROVAL- The first and most important step is to obtain a pre-approval letter from a lender.  This letter is nothing more than a statement from a lender indicating that you're financially able to purchase a home.  We work with some great lenders who can get you pre-approved fast.

HOME SEARCH- We'll accompany you on the journey to find your new home.  Only a licensed real estate agent can gain access to homes that are listed for sale.  We'll be happy to show you as many as you like.

THE OFFER- Negotiating a good offer and ensuring all the contracts, forms, and disclosures are properly completed is also our job.  We handle everything... All you'll need to do is provide some initials and signatures.

INSPECTIONS- This is a vital stage in the process and one that ensures your new home is in good working order before the transaction is complete.  We make this happen on your behalf.

COORDINATION- We handle all the back and forth between all the concerned parties in the transaction.

CLOSING- After approximately 30-45 days, the process comes to an end and it's time to sign on the dotted line.  The only thing left is for you to move in.. CONGRATULATIONS.
